Southwest Paramotors LTD - Terms & Conditions

1. General Terms

- All participants must be at least 18 years old, or have written consent from a parent or guardian.

- Participants must be in good physical health and able to follow instructions given by the instructor.

​

- Participants must have appropriate health insurance that covers them for participation in Parargliding/Paramotoring activities. Southwest Paramotors LTD reserves the right to ask for proof of insurance before the course begins.

​

- Participants are required to provide proof of relevant qualifications (such as medical clearance or any required certifications) if requested. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of the course.

​

- All bookings must be made in advance. Full payment is required at the time of booking.

​

- The course is only valid within the dates specified in your booking. Any requests to reschedule or extend the course beyond the booked dates will be subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

​

- Southwest Paramotors LTD reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any courses due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or instructor availability. A rescheduling option or refund will be provided in such cases.

​

- Participants must follow all safety rules and regulations set by the school and the instructor.

​

- Liability waivers must be signed by all participants before starting any course or activity.

​

- Southwest Paramotors LTD will not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during the activity. By participating, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for your own safety and well-being.

​

- Southwest Paramotors LTD is not responsible for any personal belongings lost or damaged during the activity.

 

2. Booking & Payment

- Payments can be made either by a one-time payment or through a subscription plan:

​

  - One-Time Payment: Full payment is required upfront at the time of booking.

​

  - Subscription Payment: Payments can be made on a recurring basis (monthly/quarterly/annually), depending on the subscription plan selected. The first payment is due at the time of booking, with subsequent payments charged automatically according to the agreed-upon schedule.

​

- All bookings are subject to availability.

​

- Prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, the price at the time of booking is final.

 

3. Cancellations & Refunds

- Full refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 14 days of booking.

​

- Cancellations made 14 days after booking, but more than 30 days prior to the course commencing, will incur a £250 cancellation fee.

 

- Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the course commencing will not receive a refund but will be offered the option to reschedule to another available date.

​

- If Southwest Paramotors LTD cancels a course due to weather conditions or safety concerns, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.

​

- If bad weather impacts the course during the scheduled dates, no refunds will be issued. However, participants will be offered a discount on a future course as compensation for the inconvenience.

 

Safety Disclaimer

Paragliding is an extreme sport and involves inherent risks. By participating, you acknowledge that you understand the risks and accept full responsibility for your participation. All safety guidelines provided by the instructor must be followed to ensure your safety.
